A new book called No Vacancy hit the shelves (and e-shelves) today, including some words from Mammal’s own Luke Chess.
It’s a guide for hotels and other accommodation providers, big and small, on how best to present themselves and their marketing to achieve ‘no vacancy’.

Luke is one of a number of contributors to the book.
Luke’s contributions include advice on finding your differentiating competitive advantage, the use of social media as a customer experience tool, and the importance of understanding your customer and their needs.
